　　项目示例：某生产车间使用中需要切削液，每天产生废水量在30t/D，该金属切削液废水生物降解性较差，经过废水水质检测，发现水中PH值、COD、氨氮等较高，该企业要求，切削液废水要实现达标排放，并可以实现当地三级废水排放标准。

　　废水工艺处理：该切削液废水高油脂、高有机物，处理工艺关键要进行物质降解，预处理工艺可以行去除水质中难降解物质。废水从车间排放先经过隔油池去除油脂性物质后进入调节池，调节水质水量，然后由提升泵打入混凝气浮池进行分离，清水进入生化系统进行深度处理，废渣进入污泥脱水系统再委外处理，上清液进入排放水池，然后经计量排放槽计量排放。

　　废水处理工艺特点：

　　1.切削液含有的油脂，不可溶性油脂易悬浮于废水表面，而且油脂会造成生化系统中毒，因此，需要预先隔离收集。

　　2.部分可溶性油脂也会引起生物系统中毒，采用混凝气浮工艺进行分离。

　　3.经过前面的预处理，生化系统可以将大部分有机物矿化出水达标。高盐分废水处理
