TSS43H型号天然气撬装疏水阀是一种全自动排液装置，该产品在不使用其它动力的条件下使天然气矿的气水分离器或天然气储罐中的沉积水（液）实现全自动排放，排放水（液）的过程中无天然气泄漏，避免了人工排工（液）带来的天然气损失（约为产量的1%），对确保供气质量、净化环境、实行清洁生产、消除安全隐患和改善劳动条件均具有显著的作用。

二、安装示意图：

在新开井工程中，天然气撬装疏水阀的安装，应在主体工程结束，完成系统试压和管道吹扫作业之后进行。若在安装疏水阀之后进行试压和吹扫管线，则应将疏水阀橇与系统隔离，启用旁通管线进行吹扫，以避免疏水阀内部受到污染。

 

二、Installation diagram：

 三、安装、维护：

1、该疏水阀应水平安装，在管线路较低位置，阀前应装截止阀、过滤器，同时安装旁通阀。

2、本疏水阀安装完毕，开启进口截止阀，再开启出口截止阀，疏水阀开始正常运行连续排水作业。

3、安装方向：阀体上的箭头指向与管道流体方向一致。

4、排污：由于在疏水阀运行时，会有杂质等污物随凝结水进入疏水阀腔内，应及时清除，以确保疏水阀的正常工作。排污时，首先关闭疏水阀前与后的截止阀，然后打开底部排污球阀，再慢开进口截止阀，以凝结水冲洗本阀内腔渣物，直至将内部冲洗干净为止。

5、为确保天然气撬装疏水阀橇装长期正常运行，疏水阀使用三个月，应进行次维护检查保养。次维护保养时须制造厂专业技术人员现场进行技术指导，对疏水器内部零件磨损、腐蚀情况和沉降污物情况进行检查和相应调整，并根据污物沉降等情况进行分析，为使用单位提供运行、排污等建议，便于使用单位确定保养检查和排污作业周期。

6、天然气撬装疏水阀橇装投入运行后，即为全自动作业，无需人为操作，但仍须保持日常巡视管理工作。使用单位应坚持巡检制度，以便发现问题及时处理，并不断总结运行经验，结合本单位实际情况制定更加切实有效的切实有效的运行管理制度，使产品更好发挥应有的作用。

 三、 Installation and maintenance：
