风冷散热器测试风洞系统方案

条目-1：体积流量测试台（volume flow test-bench）

标准DIN EN ISO 5801: 2010 – 12

技术参数：

吸入端方形测试系统 （Suction side square test chamber）

- 产生可控体积流量，8.000 m³/h

- 测试台压降2000Pa可调，包括测量设备。

- 腔体按照客户的散热器尺寸为参照（对小尺寸散热器采用适配器方式处理，见后文补充说明）。

- 体积流量测量：

50 m³/h – 8.000 m^3/h

通过PTB (Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt) 技术测量，

进气嘴压力差标定

- 辅助风扇：

固定可调高性能径向风扇，后向可调，

叶片带有准确定义头缆

- 供电： 三相电动机无限可调

- 测量参量：

物理状态变量

参照体积流量

腔体气流温度

环境气温

大气压力

压降/差（进气嘴和腔体）

辅助风扇转速

可调百叶窗（附图见最后）， 用于模拟不同气流方向

更多细节：

- 辅助风扇的控制器安装在分离独立的柜体内。

- 显示设备（压降、温度、大气压）安装在其它柜内

- 测量工具备有数字显示器和供电(220 V – 50 Hz)

- 鼓风机转速可通过模拟输入（0...10 V）进行额外控制

- 本风洞/测试台可手工控制或者通过软件控制。

- 通过软件，可实现特定体积流量显示，独立于任何气流阻力。

- 运行过程中记录所有物理量并进一步处理。

- 体积测量精度优于测量值的1%

条目-2: 控制软件（Labview）系统:

包含PC、测量面板、接线盒与线缆等，

包括模拟输入0...10 V控制和辅助风扇。

补充说明：

针对用户不同体积的各类散热器，将考虑采用不同适配器方案。

从技术角度讲，适配器本身的设计制作需要根据具体散热器的大小进行制作
