　　清洗流程：

　　

　　步：除垢清洗。在清洗槽循环水内按比例加入配置好的除垢清洗剂，进行锅炉清洗除垢，根据垢量多少确定清洗循环的时间和加入药剂多少，确认全部垢质清洗下来之后转入下一步清洗程序。

　　

　　第二步：清水清洗。将清洗设备和锅炉连接好后，要用清水循环清洗10分钟，检查系统状态，是否有泄漏，同时将浮锈清洗掉。

　　

　　第三步：剥离防腐清洗。按比例在清洗槽循环水内加入表面剥离剂和缓释剂，循环清洗20分钟，使垢质和清洗的各部件的分离，同时对没有结垢的物体表面进行防腐处理，防止除垢清洗时清洗剂对清洗部件产生腐蚀。

　　

　　第四步：钝化镀膜处理。加入钝化镀膜剂，对锅炉清洗系统进行钝化镀膜处理，防治管路和部件腐蚀以及新的锈垢生成。
