KREISKOTT special gear mechanisms prove their value day after day in loading cranes and installations throughout the world. They operate just as reliably in tropical heat as in Arctic cold and in all weathers. Heavy-duty cranes are typically used in three shifts around the clock. Extremely high loads must be transfered quickly and safely in ports and container terminals, for the berth charges incurred by the ships to be loaded or unloaded are immense. Minimal dowtimes and maximum safety are stipulated for cranes in iron and steel mills, where liquid metal has to be transported day in, day out. KREISKOTT gear mechanisms used here too.
