Features: This machine is suitable for providing soup for die-casing machine ranging from 5 to 15 automatically. This machine has overhead and self-propelled structure, which saves much space, in order to supply soup more efficiently. Overhead continuous safety electric rails are used, having good sealing property and thermostability. Frequency converter controls the travel speed and has continuously variable speed. In addition, with the function of buffer and stop, the converter can brake quickly. When it stops, the structure locates smoothly and accurately. It contributes to efficiency of unmanned and automatic die-casting operation. It improves the stability of zinc aluminum soup very much. It can reduce the loss during zinc aluminum melting. It decreases the temperature differences in the melt. It has advanced multiple signal transmission with high sensitivity. If die-casting machine prompts lack of material, our machine will finish supplying automatically. When the warning horn sounds, the machine moves, rises, drops and supplies the soup. Safety door opens. The machine acts with warning light twinkling.
