产品简介

宽体卸扣额定载荷55T～2000T。本体和销轴材质为优质合金钢，经过热处理。55T～300T试验载荷为额定工作载荷的2倍，400T试验载荷为额定工作载荷的1.5倍，500T～2000T试验载荷为额定工作载荷的1.33倍，最小破断载荷均为额定工作载荷的4倍。卸扣本体采用模锻和自由锻相结合的制造方式。螺母分圆形和六角形两种。卸扣经过磁粉探伤检测，确保没有任何影响强度的缺陷。每个卸扣上都有额定工作载荷标识。宽体卸扣普遍用于连接吊装带、钢丝绳索具；大半径的弓顶，可免于使用套环，提高吊装带和钢丝绳索具的耐磨性。表面处理：电镀锌、热镀锌、油漆。

宽体卸扣较普通卸扣具有承重面积增大58%以上，有效强度增加15%以上的优点，可使吊装绳索（钢丝绳、高强度合成吊带）有效减少磨损，
提高使用寿命，但该系列产品工艺较为复杂，技术要求非常严格，国内只有少量公司在生产，国内对该系列产品的需求量逐年在扩大，但
1000吨以上大规格目前还是主要依靠进口。主要规格有55T、85T、120T、150T、200T、300T、400T、500T、600T、700T、800T、900T、
1000T、1250T、1500T、2000T。

rated working load, the maximum test load of 500t～2000t is 1.33 times of the rated working load, and the minimum breaking
load is 4 times of the rated working load。
The shackle body is manufactured by the combination of die forging and free forging。
Nuts are divided into round and hexagonal。
The shackle is subject to magnetic particle flaw detection to ensure that there are no defects affecting the strength。
Each shackle is marked with rated working load。
Wide body shackles are generally used to connect hoisting belts, steel wire ropes and rigging; The large radius bow top can
avoid the use of collar and improve the wear resistance of hoisting belt and steel wire rope rigging。
Surface treatment: electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing and painting。
