开启阀门：取样-通过旋转手轮开启阀门 Opening the valve: Sampling - Opening the valve by rotating the handwheel
关闭阀门：消毒-松开自动复位，关闭阀门，保持软管间的通道开启，用于消毒。如果使用蒸汽，建议在出口装一个小型的压力安全阀 Close the valve: Disinfect - release the automatic reset, close the valve, and keep the passage between the hoses open for disinfection. If steam is used, it is recommended to install a small pressure safety valve at the outlet
灭菌：sterilization
1、将蒸汽软管连接到阀的上部连接管上 Connect the steam hose to the upper connecting pipe of the valve
2、打开蒸汽源，让它流过阀以进行灭菌。在121℃下持续1分钟 Open the steam source and let it flow through the valve for sterilization. Continue at 121 ℃ for 1 minute
3、关闭蒸汽源 Turn off steam source
4、移走蒸汽软管，把一个无菌橡胶塞或无菌蒙板安装到上部连接管上 Remove the steam hose and install a sterile rubber stopper or sterile mask onto the upper connecting pipe
