WDG消隙螺母
Kerk®WDG系列消隙螺杆组件采用非常紧凑的设计,可为精确定位应用提供刚度和精度。楔形设计将消隙螺母锁定在适当的预加载荷处,而不会出现过多的阻力。WDG螺母比其他具有相似性能的自补偿螺母更短,允许在不牺牲行程长度的情况下设计更小的组件。螺母磨损或瞬间过载将通过WDG系列的补偿机构得到补偿,从而能够在苛刻应用中保持定位精度。标准WDG系列组件在303不锈钢精密梯形螺杆上采用轴向预加载荷的自润滑螺母。可根据客户要求加工端部,Kerkote®或Black Ice™ TFE涂层为选配项,适用于特殊的操作配置或环境。

在发货前,所有螺杆都经手工较直。
除Kerk®标准螺母类型外,定制的产品也占公司产品的很大一部分。修改可能是简单的变化,例如不同的安装孔形状或安装螺纹、微小的尺寸变化或特殊材料。Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions生产的梯形螺母具有巨大的价值。通过使用定制模具和特殊加工,螺母还可以用于导轨衬套、滑架、同步皮带轮、齿轮、注射器组件、传感器支架、编码器、夹具和许多其他附加元件。此外,定制设计的螺母可以提供快拆安装座、部分螺纹啮合、半螺母结构或特殊形状。可提供特殊材料定制以提高组件的性能,材料可以根据温度、化学相容性、热处理、机构规定、特殊载荷和许多其他特定要求进行选择。
