3058加速度传感器：The Model 3058 is a piezoresistive siliconaccelerometerwithintegraltemperaturecompensation. It is packaged on a ceramicsubstrate with a metal bracket which can be usedto boltthesensor to the mounting location.The accelerometer consists of a micromachined siliconmasssuspended by multiplebeams from a silicon frame.
