产品概述
本系列酱料灌装机是我司集多年生产经验，并引进吸收技术研制而成的新一代“盒装火锅底料自动灌装机”。适用于现在市场上流行的砖块老火锅底料的自动灌装，它采用活塞定量，集机电、气动于一体，电器和气动元件选用品牌，由PLC控制，设计合理，结构紧凑，外形美观，具有性能稳定可靠、灌装精度高、适应性强、操作简单、维护方便等特点。
     此设备争对于现在市场上流行的各种规格盒装老火锅底料的自动灌装而设计，前端人工放盒，自动输送至灌装机进行定量灌装（也可设计成油料分离定量灌装），灌装完成由人工添加海椒香叶，输送长度由客户产量以及场地而定制，后端可直接输送至冷冻线进行快速冷缺，冷缺完成可直接进入本公司专业设计研发的“全自动真空包装机”进行自动真空包装。以完成整套生产线的全智能化，减少人工提高生产效率。
     本系列灌装机有双头、四头……八头等多种型号，每种型号按灌装范围分成多种规格，还可根据需要料桶加装搅拌机构、料斗保温、油料分离灌装、适应70-95℃高温灌装等，可根据客户的生产产量以客户需求定制。
