全焊式板式换热器的换热板片，是由特种不锈钢，以特制模具压制而成。表面光滑不易结垢。其的波纹设计使流体在较低的流速下也能产生湍流，传热效率高， 整个板片束全部采用本体材料由氩弧焊焊接而成。不采用任何非金属密封材料，因而有较高的耐温、耐压性能。可适用于工作温度300℃，压力3.0Mpa的工况条件。
All welded plate heat exchanger plate is made of special stainless steel and pressed by special mould. Smooth surface, not easy to scale. Its unique corrugated design enables the fluid to produce turbulence at lower flow rates. The heat transfer efficiency is high, and the entire plate bundle is all made of bulk material welded by argon arc welding.
